A private, personal application for a single household.
This application connects Google Calendar to a self-hosted Home Assistant instance running on our own home network. It is used to display our family's calendar events — such as appointments, school events, and daily schedules — on a wall-mounted touchscreen inside our home.
This is not a public product or commercial service. It is used by a single household (three people) and is not distributed, marketed, or made available to anyone outside that household.
With permission from an authorized Google Account, this application reads calendar events (titles, times, descriptions, and locations) so they can be shown on our home dashboard. Where enabled, it may also create or update events on the same calendar directly from that dashboard.
